ESC//RM: Powerbox

ESC//RM: Powerbox is a single player, 5-10 minute circuit based escape room where players solve 2d and 3d puzzles to escape.  Circuit puzzles gradually increase in difficulty adding new tiles as players progress. Complete in a short time as possible and share with your friends!

This is my first video game using Unreal Engine 5 for university school project. 

This game is essentially the self-contained level (my section) I developed as part of a major group game project at a university. The code, level design and puzzles featured are all my work (unless otherwise credited).

Circuit Puzzle

Solve a circuit problem by being supplied “circuit” blocks.

Player is given a select number of blocks, they must satisfy two requirements:

• Form a linked powered path to the end
• Ensure the number of volts supplied in circuit equals the target voltage

Upon completion, the door is opened and the puzzle is SOLVED!

Ball Drop Puzzle 

Time the removal of a barrier block by stepping on a pressure plate to ensure an automatically spawning ball hits a target pressure plate on the ground.

Parkour 

Complete a simple parkour across rotating platform blocks
